The F-Crew from the Amsterdam FREITAG Store are kicking things off.
Rita has been part of the Amsterdam FREITAG Store since day one. She lives for fashion and sustainability. A contradiction in terms? Not for Rita!
My favorite bag is the F655 DIXON. I love having small bags and sling bags as part of my everyday life. My style combines industrial and utility, and the F655 DIXON is the perfect complement. It goes with everything in my closet and makes me feel good about how I look.
I also appreciate the thinking behind the Reflected Bags: they're made from old PET bottles, discarded tarps, decommissioned car seat belts and recycled truck reflectors. It's a way for FREITAG to keep its upcycling philosophy alive and, at the same time, bring new ideas to the table. It's something I can genuinely relate to in my personal life.
Sophia's been working at the Amsterdam FREITAG Store for eight months. But she also spends a lot of time riding her bike from one creative side gig to the next.
The F21 NIGHTCLUB is my favorite bag at the moment. I always carry a lot of stuff around, so ideally, I'd need Mary Poppins' bottomless magic bag. The F21 NIGHTCLUB comes closest to my idea of a bag with an infinite amount of space.
Otherwise, I get around Amsterdam mainly on my bike, and my bag has to fit that need. The F21 NIGHTCLUB does just that. I can either use it as a messenger bag or stick it in the basket on my bike if I have a heavy load.
The F21 NIGHTCLUB has only one large compartment, so I create my own sections with smaller bags and pouches like the F06 SERENA or F36 WAYNE. I usually have something different on my program every day, so it's cool that I can change the "inner compartments" depending on what I'm up to.

Since we opened our store, the Negen Straatjes (nine streets) district has developed into a colorful mix of local favorites and tourist treasures. It's a perfect place to discover funky boutiques, picturesque canals and some impressive historical architecture.
The people here bring the district to life and create a melting pot of lifestyles, cultures and nationalities that radiate energy and warmth.
Our store is located at the top end of the Negen Straatjes canals, so if you walk to it, you can enjoy the beauty of the entire neighborhood on the way. The store has become a meeting place for the local upcycling community, so it's like a melting pot for creativity and inspiration.
