BAG REPAIR
For almost as long as FREITAG bags have been around, we’ve also been repairing them. Because it not only makes them functional again. It’s also more sustainable.
Circular Services
TAKE-BACK SERVICE
The FREITAG Take-Back Service guarantees that circular products really do go back into the cycle.
SPARE PARTS
Here is where you’ll find parts such as screws, buckles, rubber keeper loops and buttons that you can replace yourself or give to a shoemaker you trust.
After you’ve chosen your semi-finished products, the store crew takes over again on site with their sewing machine. And they’ll inform you when you can pick up your handiwork at the store or once it was dispatched.

You can put together a maximum of one F740 SONNY SY and one F741 MIAMI VICE SY.

F742 JULIEN SY
The medium-size FREITAG tote bag that also functions as a backpack, in the exclusive Select-it-yourself version with an additional pouch.
How it works:
- You choose the main body of the bag, handles and pouch to suit your own taste. And we take care of the rest on the sewing machine.
- The store crew will let you know when your finished bag is ready for pick-up.

F740 SONNY SY
The all-new, slightly more compact 11-liter version of the FREITAG shopping bag classic with additional inner pouch.

THIS IS HOW THE YOURSELF STATIONS WORK
WALK-IN
- Simply come by and pick out your pieces. You may have to wait a while at busy times.
- When you’re happy with your choice, hand the pieces to the store crew.
- They’ll let you know when your new, super-individual bag is ready to be picked up or shipped.
- Shipping costs: € 6
VIDEO CALL
- You make a 20-minute online appointment (see calendar).
- We are happy to speak English or German with you.
- You dial in via video link. The store crew will tell you exactly how.
- You select the parts, and when you’re done you’ll receive a payment request during the call.
- You can pay using one of the following payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay & FREITAG Wowcher.
- Once your payment is confirmed, we start sewing.
- Once your bag is ready, we’ll ship it via UPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number by e-mail.
- Shipping costs: € 6
- You can’t exchange or return a bag you’ve designed yourself (warranty cases excluded).
- A maximum of one video call is possible per person and week.

OPENING OF F-STORE MUNICH
July 2017
After Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin and Frankfurt, FREITAG finally established a footing in Munich, the closest German metropolis to our Zurich headquarters, in 2017. Which is why the fifth store in Germany has a number one in its address. On a street corner, at "Am Einlaß 1", the people of Munich can find the entire model range and, with over 2000 bags and accessories, the largest selection of unique items in the large canton.
